When all I want is to collapse
I need a better lie
To tell my heart
So my mind listens
And my body obeys
That I am Better

Telling ourselves is what we have to do sometimes to feel better, do better. Auto-suggestion really works!
It’s as they say: forced smiling or laughter uses less muscles and actually makes the good 💞 mood happen. So do better words and thoughts😉

That is so true. Most times you have to remind yourself to feel something even when your mind does not feel like so
